Cielinski is Global Head of Fixed Income at Janus Henderson
Investors, a position he has held since 2017 He oversees all of the global
fixed income products and teams and leads Corporate Credit as well
Previously, Jim was the global head of fixed income for Columbia
Threadneedle Investments from 2010 Prior to joining Columbia
Threadneedle, he spent 12 years at Goldman Sachs Asset Management
as managing director and head of credit Before that, he was head of fixed
income for Utah Retirement Systems, assistant manager of taxable fixed
income for Brown Brothers Harriman Co and an equity portfolio
manager for First Security Investment Management

New York University, Stern School of Business He holds the Chartered

Hetts is Global Head of Multi Asset and a Portfolio Manager, leading
the Multi Asset investing and Portfolio Construction Strategy Teams at
Janus Henderson Investors The Multi Asset Team delivers a global asset
allocation suite encompassing strategic asset allocation, tactical tilts, and
manager implementation products and services Portfolio Construction
Strategy strategists support clients in consuming macro and market
information into actionable, customised asset allocation solutions These
teams are part of the firm’s Solutions Group, which constructs multi asset
solutions for clients’ complex investment objectives Adam is frequently
featured in financial news including CNBC, Bloomberg, the Wall Street
Journal, Reuters, Barron’s, and Forbes Before joining the firm in 2017 he
held various roles at Goldman Sachs beginning in 2008 most recently vice
president, senior portfolio strategist, leading efforts across the US and Asia
and previously with Goldman Sachs Principal Strategies, a proprietary
hedge fund Earlier, he was a consultant with The Law and Economic
Consulting Group from 2005
Adam
earned his bachelor of science degree in finance from Pennsylvania

has 19 years of financial industry experience

Marc
Pinto is Head of Americas Equities at Janus Henderson Investors He
is responsible for leading equity portfolio management and research teams
in the US He is also a member of the Janus Henderson Executive
Committee Marc rejoined the firm in 2023 after having retired in 2021
During this time, he co founded a private equity firm Previously, he was a
portfolio manager from 1997 to 2021 and joined the firm as a research
analyst in 1994 Before this, he was an associate in the investment banking
division at Goldman Sachs and a research associate at Fred Alger

Lara
Castleton is US Head of Portfolio Construction and Strategy ( at
Janus Henderson Investors, a position she has held since 2023 In this
role, she works to extend institutional and intermediary client engagement
models to clients across the US Lara joined the PCS team in 2019 as a
portfolio strategist and was promoted to senior portfolio strategist in 2021
Lara joined the firm as a senior internal sales consultant for all Janus
Henderson related products and the Knowledge Labs ® curriculum in 2016
Earlier in her career, she was an investment banking associate at Wells
Fargo Securities and Piper Jaffray in Denver
